Shipping Policy

Currently, we are offering standard free shipping on select items within the U.S., shipping to the lower 48 states.
This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and international orders.

Most standard orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout.*
Please note that some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe due to size, weight, or supplier location.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping.
We will ship your order via one of the major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service.
At this time, we are unable to provide the option to choose your preferred carrier.

Please read through this instructional guide so you can understand how the process works and what to expect once you place your order with us.


Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
This means that your payment has been authorized and we are preparing your order for shipment.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
At that time, we also verify the weight and shipping category of the product to determine if it qualifies for free shipping.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will notify you via email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the order and submit it for delivery.


Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and approved by our verification department, it will ship within 1–4 business days from the date of purchase.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided within 24–48 hours after shipment.

We ship daily via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and LTL Freight to the lower 48 states.
Most orders ship the same day if placed before 1 PM PST (some exceptions apply).

Some larger or heavier products are shipped via Freight/Curbside Delivery.
If your order ships freight, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
A valid phone number is required to complete the freight delivery.

Damages

Please inspect all packages upon arrival.
If any product is damaged upon delivery, please send photos to Customerservicecoolstuff@gmail.com so we can file an insurance claim or arrange for replacement parts.
